Tuna salad

Tuna is such a healthy food choice, but the bread and additions can sometimes sabotage it's health benefits. I take tuna, a tablespoon of light Miracle Whip, onions and celery and mix them together. Then I take a scoop of that and put it in a lettuce wrap for a healthy lunch.

I wonder if there's a way to sub out the Miracle Whip. I love the stuff, and man, do I love chicken and tuna salad, but I've been trying to cut back on the mayo. I love it, but it does not love me!

You can use lighter than light mayo. It's only 1/2 sin a table spoon. So not too fattening ...
