Hey folks, I found this awesome quick breakfast taco recipe that I think you will really like. The recipe calls for Egg Beaters to make it super healthy, but I just used regular eggs because I don't feel that I get fat from them. It's always your choice though.
This sounds and looks good Avocado. I'll bet you could use the corn tortilla as a wrap and eat it on the go. It may be a little messy but still, if you were in a hurry it would work. I'm always in a rush in the mornings.
I would think it would make a better lunch too. I don't eat anything like this for breakfast. I have to be careful how I start my day (food wise) - the wrong choices have me screaming from heartburn all day.
