I've been making a lot of boiled eggs lately. They make for an easy breakfast or lunch along with some cottage cheese and some juice. Since they are protein, they seem to keep me full a little longer too.

Yum, I love hard boiled eggs They're a great way to stay fuller for longer and can be used in so many different recipes.

I made about 5 of these last week and I loved them! Here's what I do with them. I add sea salt, fresh black pepper, and a little hot sauce on the side. They taste so good and then I eat it with toast to combat the hotness even though I love it.

Hmm -- I'll have to try hard boiled eggs with hot sauce; I've never tried that before! Most of the time, I eat my eggs scrambled with cheese.

I like to sprinkle my hard-boiled eggs with either Greek seasoning, or Cajun seasoning. It takes something very plain and adds a nice additional flavor.

I love eggs, had some for breakfast this morning since I had a slow start to the day. Anytime I make egg salad or deviled eggs it is gone within two days. I just wish it was not such a pain to make!

I boil about two dozen eggs every Sunday. They get eaten throughout the week. I love that eggs are full of protein. My kids love eggs too. I make egg-salad sandwiches a couple of times a week for their lunches. I also add eggs to my salads!

We eat hard boiled eggs often too. They are really healthy for you. When I need protein I eat one. My kids love them too. My hubby likes to add a touch of salt to his but we don't.

I love hard boiled eggs but rarely eat them for some reason. I need to make more of an effort because they really are so good for you. I think they would be great for a mid-afternoon snack.

Same here, I love them but rarely eat them. What are they calorie wise? I could easily much a few at a time Guessing it's got to be better than a bag of Doritos?
