It depends on the size of the egg. They are supposed to be between 70-100 calories each. That's not at all bad considering they are packed full of protein.

I like them too. Sliced on salad greens, made into egg salad spread, added to tuna salad, or just plain with some salt and pepper.

It's funny that I didn't see this thread until after I boiled 2 dozen eggs yesterday. We like to have them around for quick breakfast and lunches. Egg salad is a favorite.

When I make egg salad now, I really like it! When I was a kid I hated that crap. Remember that kid who would show up to school with an egg salad sandwich for lunch? They would stink up the whole joint!
