Sweet potatoes

Am I right in thinking sweet potato is free of syns on a green day?
I really enjoy a baked potato & salad for dinner & saw sweet potatoe at tnbe supermarket today so thought I give them a try, but I'm dubious without double checking with you, more knowledgable folk first. Thanks very much.

They should be - I've not got my old red/green books with me, but as far as I remember they were on the same page as normal potatoes so yes are free :)

And they're amazing as jacket potaotes! Much softer than white potatoes, and not as 'stodgy' if that makes sense?
I could eat lots of sweet potatoes :lol:
