Daily weighing no more!
 

Started this thread for those of us that are addicted to getting on the scales every day. It's not productive or helpful in any way and slightly obsessive! :D
So this is the place to say "Today I haven't weighed" and yes, I feel rather good that I've done day 1 :D

Well done AliCat - on not weighing today and also on starting the challenge.

Sadly I haven't met the challenge today - didn't see this till afterwards. From now I will try my best! It'll be a great way to have a 'surprise' when I weigh at Group :)

My name is Jaqui and I'm addicted to weighing myself. It has been 10hrs since I last stood on the scales... I'm allowed - today is my weigh in day :lol: No more until next Thursday

This is gonna be HARD!!!

I so wanted to do it this morning. I need to take the battery out!

I've hid my scales under my bath, although can you count that as hiding when I know where they are?? I figure if I can't see them I won't think about it.
