3st 1lb down, here's my latest progress pic!

ETA: Please excuse the underwear pics :blush: and the messy bedroom!

Seeing as I hit my 3st milestone, here's some pictures to show my progress!

I know I have so far to go, but can't help but smile when I look at them. I can just remember taking my "start" pictures and being disgusted, even though I didn't realise how big I had gotten.

And so you should smile and keep smiling. Amazing difference in the pics :yahoo: and your bum has changed so much shape wise in second pictures so if you're squatting and doing lunges KEEP GOING :yahoo: obviously your whole shape has changed ... Thighs, hips, WOOT GO YOU!

MsMissy, I have been doing a combination of calorie counting and occasionally the 5:2 diet, which worked for a couple of months, but I find that diet helps me not to binge so much too, although I find calorie counting to be more effective in my weight loss. I also go to the gym up to 4 times a week and play netball twice a week too.

It's taken me 18mths to lose it, and I'm eventually hoping to get down to around 11.5st, and then see what happens. That will probably take another year or so at least though, so I just accept that it's my life now, making healthier choices to make myself happier :)

Was supposed to say - lots and lots of weighted squats!! And kettle bell swings too. I have a big bum anyway but it's definitely got more shape to it now!
