Slimming World Tips

Has anyone got any SW tips to share!
Little treats or snacks that are low or no syn?
Things you've found out along the way
First thing i'll share was those Mikardo chocolate sticks. They are Just 0,5 syns each. I know they're not big but 4 with a brew and only 2 syns!
second thing.... Apparently 1 spoonful of Cake mixture is 4 syns!!!!!!! So no licking that spoon after baking

Yerr and stick them in the fridge too so they take longer to eat :)

I use to love putting chocolate in the freezer when I was younger!

Frozen yogurts are nice too!

Love flying saucers!

And I didn't know that about the treat size, thankfully I am not a huge chocolate fan but I do like a mars bar every now and again!

Jelly - 1.5 syns for a whole sachets worth - ideal wth a muller for a low syn/calorie snack x

I keep meaning to buy jelly! Does it have to be the sachets? Is it a certain one like low sugar jelly?

Hartleys sugar free jelly. Pots are 0.5 syns (10 cals), or a sachet is 1.5 syns - ideal for sweet cravings.

I eat them with strawberries and muller when i want to binge!
