"I've outgrown my wardrobe" - Case studies wanted for women's glossy magazine

Dear Social Slimmers

My name is Gemma and I'm a freelance journalist working on a feature for publication in a women's glossy magazine. The feature has been inspired by recent research, which revealed that almost half of women cannot bring themselves to throw away clothes that are too small for them.

I'm looking for two women who have outgrown much of their wardrobe to talk through the items in their closet that are too small but they can't bear to throw away.

The case studies will need to chat about why they hold onto certain items, the memories behind the items and the psychology behind not being able to let go. Is it because they inspire you to be a size you were years ago? Is it because you like wearing clothes a size smaller than you are? Is it simply because you haven't come to terms with being a bigger size and can't let go of the dream of being slimmer?

We will need to photograph the women wearing some of the clothes that are too small. She will ideally have photographs of herself wearing the items of clothing when they fitted perfectly.

There is a small payment for taking part.

If you're interested in taking part or know somebody who might be interested please get in touch.

Thank you,

Gemma
