I really have to get back to it !!!

on every front !

Eating well and getting back to running !! its being totally disaster those past weeks !!

Sometimes you just need a break but its being a LONG break !

It is true that sometimes you do just need a break. I think it can do you good.

You know if you need the break. It is the holidays too so the kids off I can't imagine helps anyone with kids. Do you have kids befit?

Hun I'm same I'm well off it. My head wants back on my life isn't suiting I've pulled myself back on food because I was tipping over the enjoying part and being stupid. If no exercise at least eat good is my thinking this week to myself!

Tinks i have 3 almost a 5 years old and 3 years boy and a 9 months baby girl!

its not so much them ...i stop exercising because of that stupid ankle for now over 2 months ( beside my half marathon i did between but then re injure my ankle with it ) just my head is not into it.

i need to go for a good long run to reset my mind again ...going to try this week end ! i have to!

I think we all have those weeks. Probably a good idea you took a break after the half with your foot, full recovery would be good.
