My Challenge: Get Down to Size 16 - what's yours?

I know size 16 is big, but I will be happy to get back to it, if I can, by January 1. I've been having to buy size 18 pants for the past year or so.

Have to take this one step at a time. When I get to size 16, I'll have lots of nice clothes from my closets that have been waiting for me to shrink. Then I'll set a smaller goal. How about you? Do you have a size goal?

I'm aiming to be more toned and to hopefully get down to being a comfortable 8. I'm right at the end of my journey now and have done it in lots of little steps, far less daunting than aiming for the end result from day 1!

Princess and Mamafy, good job! I am really inspired by hearing about your success. I'm just a beginner and I feel like you've set me great examples to follow. It's great to feel this kind of support.

I think along with small goals, support is one of the biggest factors in weight loss! It's so, so hard to do it without anyone there to hold your hand! I'm sure you'll do fantastically, and everyone on here's here for you when you need it! Even if you've had a rubbish day, you can almost guarantee that someone else will have had the same

I set mini goals which were all sizes ... 18 to 16 16 to 14 14 to 12 I'm now in 12 but there's room for a couple of pounds and an inch off in them lol

It's about your comfortable same as the BMI stuff although I check I don't really care what it is.

Bmi's a crock of you know what! You can be really muscley so you weigh in quite heavy, so have a high bmi, but have hardly any fat on you! Most professional athletes are at least over weight according to bmi!
