We've started!! XD
So I've finally made a little start!
Lost 2 inches from my waist so far, 2.5 lbs (including going down from bmi 34.2 to 33.7 which is a great start!) and already my fitness level is going back up!
I can do this!!

You are doing really great with the bmi. So keep up that good work. You can do that and never stop what you have started or you will regret later.
