Hey Girls,
This is my new goal for the next 4 months.
Because i have arthritis and im overweight and i cant afford the gym ive been struggling to get motivated exercise wise.
I used to swim all the time and average about 44 lengths a session (in about 35-40 minutes) so my new goal is 100 lengths a week from now until October.
