So I have a new top, I can get into it but it sits snug especially around my tummy area so this is a mini goal for me to have a good shape.

Any tips and exercises good for a flatter belly?

I allllways have these tops! I’ve just looked at a photo from my skinnier days (a fancy dress evening, Jessica Rabbit costume ) and I have this exact same problem.
I would have thought crunches would be a good move, or something similar. There’s a particular exercise I’m picturing but can’t think what it’s called - it’s like holding a crunch, but you twist your torso from side to side while holding something?

Crunches and leg raises kill ... love them.

Russian twists I think you mean Sarah, they are good too! X

Hi everyone!! I’m back to update. I’ve been doing various core exercises which always include crunches but incorporating other excercises, I think the most bizarre is bear crawls, a friend triangle advised them, I feel so silly doing them but less as I do them more, I’ve also been doing rocks which is so hard, I don’t think I’ve quite got them yet but I continue and another main go to is leg raises. I look on google a lot for workouts and add things I want to which includes excluding things I don’t want to

A thread for core exercises and maybe even how to may be good for others looking for excercise ideas for a flatter stomach, I imagine with various reasons not all would suit everybody so a variety would be good. I could do one if you like when I have time.
