Min sessions per week

Hold myself accountable weekly here. I do have a shoulder injury putting me back physically and mentally but I have a great coach who can work with that and is while I get some medical help - more details on my fitness journal [Click HERE]!

I aim to be back to it 4 times a week however my min is 3.

Session 1 done today!

It's great that you're back in the swing of things, even with the injury

Hope you heal fully soon!

And well done on session 1

Well I have kept up with 3 a week but haven't updated.

Doing my 2nd workout from home today but I'm lucky enough to have a barbell, wall ball etc to do what the guys did at the gym this morning.

Kept to 3 last week.

Monday - I'm meant to be doing a charity workout tonight but I'm not feeling too great plus my shoulder is really tight and sore... the event workouts are always high intensity I just know it'll screw me over so I'm hoping to get in the garage later for some squats and deadlifts!

And thank you hehe
