First full week and I managed to stay 100% on plan and I've lost 3.5lb, I'm thrilled. Tougher week ahead as my brother gets married this week and I've got the main cake and 100 cupcakes to make and decorate 😁.........lots of temptation!!

That's absolutely fantastic, Jennie! Let this great loss spur you on and help maintain your willpower throughout what sounds like a LOT of temptation!

Just been and weighed in myself and I've got another 1lb off this week. Had a cheat meal last week and ate a lot of crap yesterday due to various mitigating circumstances, so no cheat meals or big treats this week. Just 100% on plan and raring towards my target

Hi everyone! I weighed in this morning and lost 4 pounds!!!! I'm so pleased. This is the best I've done on a diet for years now. I feel like I can really carry on too. Thanks for all the support. I've lost 10 pounds in two weeks (but I do have a lot to lose) and got my half stone award

Well done on everyones losses! They're fab

Personally, no loss for me this week, had a 2lb gain, but after 4 days of barely any food at all, it's no surprise in the slightest!!! I was fully prepared for a gain, but work was so stupidly busy last week I didn't get chance to eat anything, and hardly even thought about food so I'm 'happy' with the result (as much as I can be at least lol)
Don't forget that guys, no eating means no losses!

Congratulations for the loss Melj, that's a fantastic start!!l

Looks like you have a plan to move forward Sarah, I hope works stays at a manageable level for the rest of the week. I'm trying really hard to take a lunch rather than eat in the go as I also tend to make bad choices in those circs!
