great goals and targets. Maybe I should join you in setting a target, I still have it half in my mind to do a comp next year again - they're addictive - if I can get my training on track properly and increase my numbers / lose weight.
Sarah - great goal also it's such a mental game isn't it.
I will stick to mine for now and chew over a goal or two for physical aspects. I'd like to keep running I must admit as it's helping my overall cardio which I'm guilty of avoiding when I just lift weights.
