Woohoo Wobbles! Awesome goals

My weight loss is slow, another 1 off this week!
Saying that, I've stuck with updating everyday so that's a bonus

ok so challenge update :

0 days exercised yay cant do anything but improve

had about 4 takeaways since last weigh in. Longest stuck to diet is 3 days.
saying all that am 26st 10lbs which means lost 9lbs since last weigh in.

My diet fails are whenever I go to other peoples houses and when I get bored. Forgot Lent dosn't include Sundays so still 34 days to go. Even religion does cheat days

Good luck everyone.

Well I've continued to update my diary - I may have gone slightly off track this week but I've at least updated... Here's hoping this week goes a lot better!

New job threw my routine, but i'm active in it so am hoping that helps.

I made it to the gym tonight, ran, lifted some weights / leg pressed then yoga
Weigh in is tomorrow - not sure what it'll bring as my home scales stopped working... cold turkey for those that know me is not a good feeling! lol

My weight loss has been really slow over the last few weeks, but at least I'm still losing.

I've been using my exercise bike most days, and do at least 10km on those days. Hopefully this will get me fitter without tiring myself out too much.

73.5lb down, another 26.5lb to go. Have just paid for a 12wk countdown. Fingers crossed by the end of that I will be much nearer my target.

My mum reached her target tonight (10st), she's lost around 4.5st and looks great. Her size 10 jeans are actually a bit big on her, crazy to think that she was an 18 just 7mths ago.

Well done to Mum thistle! That's fantastic

My 'slight off track' plan last week lead me to a 4lb gain this week so my plan of actually losing weight has gone awol but I'm at least updating my food diary everyday!!
I'm determined to get that off next week... or as much as possible anyway. I just need to behave myself on Friday night when I'm out with work for both food and drink lol

Well my update is not great :

did a bit of exercise but found it hard getting into a routine.Need to have a move around of furniture in rooms put equipment somewhere better. That's my focus for this week.

While the Harcombe diet definitely works, I cant stick to it. So am going back to basics while trying to incorporate a few of the things I have learned.

Weight gain = around +16lbs this week. So am sulking. Had a lot of stress, both job and family stuff. Not been sleeping. My sleep apnea has woken me up fighting for breath several times. Am getting frightened to sleep. Using food to get through the days and nights. Massive cravings for high energy foodstuff. Anyway people dont want to read about my constant failings so going to take a break for a while. Get my sh.. erm act together. Hit the books, audio lectures, hypnosis etc and try to get bit more organised so I stand a fighting chance. Let a lot of useful practices slip like self letter writing, keeping a diary of both food and emotions. Found myself getting angry a lot of late and that is really not me. So good luck everyone. Will still check back in regular see how everyone else is getting on.

I hope things get better for you soon Paul - it can be surprising how quickly we turn to food when anything happens, and it doesn't matter if that thing is good or bad! Food is always the answer!

I slacked a little towards the end of Feb! I got back on track this past week, despite a blip on Friday night, but I lost this week which is good but I didn't update for 3 days so that was rubbish lol.
I've updated now, but need to make sure I keep updating regularly so I don't fall off the wagon again!
Looking for a really good loss next week

Hope everyone is ok!
