Lost 3lb this week, but I was ill over the weekend and hardly ate anything. I'm sure 1 or 2 of those lbs will slip back on now I'm eating again.

3.lbs off for me really happy with that, here's hoping that 7lb total is in sight by the end of the month lol

Thank you Sarah & PJ. Yes, i'm fine now, it was just a 48hr tummy bug.

I'm going to try and be really good this week, I don't want to do full Slimming World SP days as that's getting abit too close to being in the "diet" territory instead of a healthy eating plan, which I want to stay away from. However I don't see anything wrong with some SP meals, so I had a vegetable stir fry with egg today and I made a quorn spag bol that I'll have with courgette noodles (I love my spiraliser, lol) for a few dinners. But I'm still going to have my fat free yogurt in the morning with my cereal and maybe the occassional portion of sweet pototo chips or brown rice pudding.

Well done on your loss Sarah, that's fantastic!

Well done Alicat! Those extra syns did no harm then

I can't say the same as gained 1lb yesterday (cinema and the odd 'treat'). I ran 3 x and did yoga so I was hoping it wouldn't be a gain but hey-ho. Need to be better.

Disappointed today. 1.4lb gain. Thought I got in enough exercise. Probably too much snacking. I eat because I'm tired. I eat when stressed. I eat when bored. Struggling to get a handle on that. Will begin again.

Wish could take some credit but had really bad chest and head cold only just regaining appetite. Guess will see if weight piles back on or if I carry on losing next week.

Lost 0.5lb this week, seems to be up and down at the moment, did go out at the weekend for a Nandos for my son's birthday, but followed that up with a 10mile cycle ride Sunday morning
