Yea I get like that sometimes which then leads to me thinking what's use may as well eat what I want lol x I try to steer away from that way of thinking now and take each day as it comes or meal xx

I think it always looks more when you see it written in lbs but I equally find it very motivating to see them go down without the worry of crossing stones!

absolutely agree, when I signed up for this it took a deep breath - I did the sums but was really worried it was too much.
Seeing the losses add up is amazing though and to be able to look back at the motivation and losses in December will be even more amazing!

It's funny as I'm at 16st 2lb last week - and since that moment of weighing in I had a goal of getting into the 15stone range, but your words are right, I shouldn't be worrying so much about making it down the stones, just having faith it will ALL add up in the end.

Its easy to get hung up on wanting big losses especially crossing the stone- I know I have in the past! But I now try and look at every tiny fraction of a lb down is a lb in the right direction My Mum used to have an old set of balance scales and I used to look/feel the lb weight, and found actually physically feeling how much a lb is showed me each singular one is quite a lot in its own right so every one should be celebrated!
