How long have you been on SW? Hope you've done well on the loss front it's keeping me motivated and accountable going to group - I was really struggling for months before despite having lost weight on my own in the past.
Looking forward to being a slimmer me this xmas and getting into my winter coat easier for sure! lol

Been on it since last October and lost 2st since then was 2st 7lbs till I lost my way a little and crept up again xx got another 1st 10lb to lose to my preferred target xx

That is amazing though so well done! I'm sure you'll get to your target soon You can add your stats / weight etc in the userCP section if you fancy it lovely to see the numbers go down

Look toward the top of the screen, click 'user cp' and then 'edit diet and fitness stats' I think it's called... something like that.. you can put in your start weight, current weight etc.
Also you can edit your signature in the user cp if you want to put goals in - I'm a bit ott I know but like to keep track of things myself. lol
