lol funny how it differs. Work might make me go along to a morning class now and then if I have to work a Tuesday night but glad the first few weeks at least have been work free.

2.5lb down tonight! Whoop Brings me to 8lb total. I was hoping for 10lb this month so fingers x'd it's doable.
Got my 7lb award and even won the raffle winning a Slimming world Apron

Seriously thinking about not having a 'treat' pudding of cake tonight (baked by my daughter). So I stay on track. I want to try and get away from 'treating' myself with food really in the long term.

Thank you!! Felt so hard a target when I started but feels amazing to think it's only 2 lbs away.

Morning all, I'm not sure if it's a bit too late to join a July challenge but I'd really like to lose another 5lbs by the end of July - looks like you're all doing really well so hopefully seeing that will keep me nice and motivated

Can I join in too? I think I need the challenge to keep my on track. Can I set myself a weekly goal rather than a monthly one please? I think that would keep me motivated.

22.7.15 3lbs

I guess my weekly goal would be to get to the end of the week still on SP... Just need to figure out what dinner can be for tomorrow!
