Oh yes, I always stay I'm on the social team for my group, so I'm always there to help the consultant out. Our consultant is leaving tonight though, so I'm expecting it'll be a sad night tonight as it's her last class with us
But I'm going in fully expecting a gain, so if it's a small one or even a maintain I'll be over the moon
I am also planning on starting running again soon... found a '10k in 6 weeks' training plan, so going to give that a go in the next few weeks I think. It'll mess with the losses a little as I haven't done any exercise at all for months, but losing the inches will be nice

I do like it when you expect a bigger gain than you got ...
I'm hoping to be down 5lbs by the end of this month, based on the rate I have lost over this last couple of months and the amount I workout it might not be realistic but I'd love to see that stone down on the scales again the last stone down number I need to see just to feel great mentally!
We can do it ladies and if we don't then just make sure it's not because we didn't try ... apart from Saturday's they don't count

Sarah - glad the loss wasn't too bad, sorry about the mixed emotions but hope your new consultant gets on well and your old one enjoys new horizons or time off.
Wobbles - great to have you on board, great losses you've had and your running is inspirational I hope you enjoy tough mudder, my nephew did it last year and had a blast.
I couldn't make tai chi last night due to a guide commitment with my daughter, but am hoping to make boxfit tomorrow.
Weigh in is tonight in just over 3 hours, took a packed lunch with me to sports day for 2 of my girls, had it in between but just had some fruit and yoghurt as I didn't take a lot and was hungry when we got home, nothing bad consumed, so hope it doesn't impact on weight in - I wont' eat dinner till after weigh in. lol
Catch you later.

Good luck for WI PurpleJ And I'm normally one to eat after WI too... I don't need the extra lbs lol
Wobbles, don't forget you'll be losing the inches whilst you're working out, so if the scales aren't shouting 'yay' at you, the tape measure might just be

lol we share the same way of thinking... my consultant was talking last week about a morning group she does where everyone turns up with cereal in containers and sit tucking in to it after they've weighed and during group. Did make us chuckle - Like a breakfast meeting!

Good luck for that belle!
PurpleJ, I know of some groups that run 9am, 11am and 1pm so they all have lunch together in between the 11 & 1 group they have all sorts! Salad, jackets, chicken... Sounds like a great plan! Lol

That's really nice! to extend the group socially The group I go to has a really busy 5.30pm class but to be honest it wouldn't really suit me being in a busy class, the 7.30pm is a lot quieter and so far only about 15 of us stay from what I've seen the last 2 weeks. Still nice though.

I think mines the opposite. I go to a 7pm one, and there's usually quite a lot of us and we get quite giddy and rowdy at times hehe wouldn't change them all though, it's a great bunch!
But I know the 5pm group is pretty much the complete opposite. I feel sorry for the person taking over that group because I've been told it takes quite a lot of pushing from the consultant to get them chatting... She can't shut us 7pm'ers up though! lol
