Oh boot you 2 off already

2 weeks off the gym *gulp* strength day today and slowly back into it on x trainer and rower with a total of 4.32/100km

LMAO @ the way the 100 mile went compared to this!

I was honestly looking excuses to not go until next week, I felt like I missed it the other day then I just lost it again .... anyway I went and with the new program I think I'm going to hurt for a while and might need to be easier on cardio until I am use to it!
