NSVs - what are your non scale victories?!

It's far too easy to get hung up on the scales and getting upset if they're not moving, but actually, we're all making progress all the time! Whether it be buying a smaller size jeans, running for longer or even just turning down a chocolate bar or drinking more water!

What are your NSVs?!

Today, my belly measurement was smaller than my hips for the first time! Granted I was breathing in, but it's made me realise it's possible!

Yesterday I saw my grandad, last time I saw him was Easter and it was the very beginning of my journey on SW, he didn't even say hello just ' Kelly you've lost weight' I wanted to fist pump the air! I was all happy about it! That was yesterday's NSV!

Oh and I had another NSV on holiday!

I wore a bikini without having to keep a vest on! Even Lea's eyes nearly popped out when he saw and was like 'kel you look great' was well pleased! Another fist pump moment

I hadn't saw a cousin from xmas until easter and she did the whole too
Also being able to buy bottoms in size 12 and tops in some size 10's is a huge nsv for me.
My weightloss has been quite slow but I've been able to keep off what I've lost for 18 months! So that's huge too x

Today's NSVs, I put on a pair of black trousers that I haven't worn since I was about 18 and they fitted! And I'm wearing my favourite t shirt from the same age! God knows why I kept it, but I do still love it! Might have to try and find my old myspace account cos I bet I'll find a pic of me wearing it
