I think mine this week are going to be to get back on drinking plenty of water, and watch my diet, fell off a little last week.

Exercise wise I really need to fit in 2 cardio days this week

I was doing superman type things with the girls on my feet earlier, does that count as a full body work out?! I need to up my water too, bought a bottle for work and hardly drank any of it!

To lose enough to have a good weekend!

I can only do 3 days worth of gym but it's better than nothing so a slight back seat this week. Plan to smash it tomorrow on a full cardio day though.
