Goals for the week - 17th June
What are your weightloss and fitness goals for this week?
I'm just aiming to eat well and do a little exercise every day this week! Af's here so I'm not expecting too much from myself lol! Would like to lose another lb but won't stress if I don't
I want to lose 2-3lbs this week as I didn't lose anything last week!

I think mine this week are going to be to get back on drinking plenty of water, and watch my diet, fell off a little last week.
Exercise wise I really need to fit in 2 cardio days this week
I was doing superman type things with the girls on my feet earlier, does that count as a full body work out?!
I need to up my water too, bought a bottle for work and hardly drank any of it!

If I survive this week without having a breakdown I want to get on the bike every night this week!
To lose enough to have a good weekend!
I can only do 3 days worth of gym but it's better than nothing so a slight back seat this week. Plan to smash it tomorrow on a full cardio day though.
Aiming to keep as steady as possible and eat abit better which I've managed so far today
But Af has landed :/ So don't think the scales will be in a agreeance. Never got on my bike yesterday so maybe that's something I can start today x
