How long will it take you to cover 100 miles of exercise?

You can walk, jog, run, cycle and use gym equipment to reach the goal of 100 miles (160km if you prefer)

Set yourself a timeframe goal upon starting, and don't be too easy on yourself!!

I'm having a month off from it and concentrating on some strength stuff. For May though I did it in 22/23 days

My gym seems to work in km. I'll see what i do today then set myself a timescale

I'm going to do this again! It kept me going last month knowing I had to reach a target!

Okay so since the 1st June I've been to the gym 3 times and I tend to stick to the same circuit...so today I did 6.89km - times by three is 20.67km.

On Tuesday me and my hubby biked 19.6km and Wednesday 7.4km!

So upto now I am 47.67/160km! Amazing how much it adds up!
