I'm thinking to start a new monthly thread. What do tou think? Plus Machines are mostly km, 100 miles seen OTT for a month. Anyone thinking this should be a 100km monthly challenge?

Ellie this is based on running, walking etc or cardio machines ... Xtrainer rower treadmill bike not strength training exercises x

Ohh I see, I don't do any of that stuff. Power walking to nursery 6 times a week does me :P x

I started with 25mins of cardio and then weight machines

Yeah km is better with all the machines being in km. I also got.nowhere near 160 so i like how it's been reduced more doable for.me.anyway

Well this is a different challenge I guess ... 100 miles and those confident enough can take part in the monthly one can at 100km. See if it works if not all good
