Hope the run tonight went well!
It's great that you are feeling and looking less bloated. Always a great feeling
Love the comparison pic in your other post, you look great!

Did ok met with the girl who does run club and she's already been running so no mega push but it was nice and I am realising I prefer to run with people than alone.
Mini home workout too

So I've slowed right down at the gym, I wanted to be all go but over all I think the possibility of over doing it was high. Felt better today when the girl who does run club and has gone on a run with couple of times this last couple of weeks (who is a PT) said she thought it was a good idea and before the run keep to my running outdoors and some home workouts. Have to remember I'm no mad super fit person, just wishful
So today she came along with me for my first 10k run, she's also doing half a marathon on same date as my 10k, wow. I'm pretty happy to go from 0 running to this, no I'm not going to be first over the line far from but if I whipped just those 7 minutes off I'd be happy to make it through alive

Well done ! my 10 k this weekend i did 1:09 minutes ans i suffer as we had some hills but you will find that when you do your race because of the "group" factor you will actually most likely run a little faster .
Like i said its not a competition about time but about being out there for you for a good cause as well and live a healthy life . Clock and PR dont matter really the accomplishment and commitment to run is what we are in for .
Well done very proud of you my friend ! xoxo

I'm actually getting to the point of proud of myself, I might not be a super super runner but I never thought I'd be doing this at all
