That sounds like such a great run. Well done on doing the best you've done so far. That's great!

Yay well done! The thought of running and chatting scares me all the things I read say you should be able to run and hold conversation, but I'm sure I'd not be able to! All the other exercises sound fab too!

How do you feel now that the weather is better? Not physically, I mean emotionally. Does it make you feel more ambitious about getting out there and running? I know I have been feeling more lively with a little more sun shining.

I do have a little get up and go with the sun but last week I realised sun = need water with me lol!

Tonight was group run so at everyone's pace. Did 5.54km 39.17mins

As AF is here I was surprised I went at all, feeling mega sluggish. When I was out Leanne who introduced me to the detox etc explained that will also originally have a sluggish effect so I didn't feel so bad I struggle best of times though tbf! Still it's all onwards!

Well done on going for a run, especially when AF is here. I never feel like any exercise with AF! Glad all is going so well, you're doing great

AF full force, I hate it I noticed more exercise I did last year my monthly was a shorter cycle and lighter so with a shorter cycle I hope I'm not so heavy next month. Not a fab convo but welcome to being a woman eh!!!! Despite that and my legs achey I got up and went again this morning ... I found a nice new route along the canal. The sun was shining but a lot is shades which is good, glad I took my bottle of water this time!

Being a woman sucks at times!

Glad you got a run done. It must have been lovely by the canal in the sunshine

So I have been inactive for 4 days, not really great but AF really hit me hard, one did not like it after I forced myself out on the 24th. I'm off out in about an hour with one of the ladies from run club along the canal. Hope I can really push myself today.

Certainly feeling and looking less bloated with the detox in mind, I completed 12 days. Post update is HERE *click*!
