Last Wednesday I did 41 mins outside running - Ran 5.29km

Finding it a little tough on the chest, despite stopping smoking my body is still reacting as a smoker can take months to completely clear but that is the price I have to pay.

Today my new running trainers arrived, I've been struggling current trainers (old gym trainers) were like running in socks.

Yesterday I did 7.35km in 55 minutes but felt it badly despite the fact I have stopped smoking I still feel like a smoker exercising

Sounds like you're doing fab! And I love the new trainers! Are you running the whole 7km-ish or is there some walking?! I'm starting to panic
