Shake shake!
I'm back on shakes for 2 weeks... I only do breakfast and lunch and I don't follow a no carb dinner as most advise with their own set 'plans' in fact I purposely add carbs just limited. Wish me luck...
Have a feeling it's going to be hard but I need some discipline back... I am so close to a maintain and just to concentrate on fitness it hurts

Good luck. Living on shakes must be difficult. I'm sure I'd give up after a day because I love solid meals. You must be a very disciplined person!

Good luck! I couldn't stick to shakes when I tried, I missed eating!
I might not have explained well but I do have a foody dinner
I make it healthy but most shake diets as per their instructions say no carbs whereas I don't cut carbs out and it works for me
I force brekkie down me so a shake is no big deal and then I have a shake after the gym for the protein
On gym days I may have some scrambled eggs with chilli, ham and a sprinkle of cheese cooked with it... It's mmmm eggs are good and chilli is a metabolism booster
