quick weight loss isn't the best way... but how much weight are you looking to lose?

i am looking for kind of fruits, vegetables and diet that can help me in cut of those extra pounds of fat.

I don’t know about kinds of fruits or veg, but definitely including more of them into your diet will be a plus, especially veg. Green veg is good because of the fibre content.
Regarding Fruit, I wouldn’t eat tons of it everyday. Mostly because of the sugar content. Although it’s healthy and I would absolutely say you should eat some of it each day, try not to eat too much
Slimming world recommend 1/3 of your plate each meal should contain veg/fruit, and even if not following this as a plan, I still think it’s a good idea.
I would defiantly advise to eat measured amounts of potatoes though, same with pasta & rice

I have found several articles on different websites about diet plan. they have mentioned different kind of fruits, vegetables, and animal sources that should be eat in your weight loss program.

Try below simple diet plan for weight loss program,

1. Reduce sugars and carbs (starches)
2. Eat protein, fat and low-carb vegetables
3. Exercise like lifting weights 3 times per week

To cut the extra pounds is not an easy job. It needs lots of efforts like mental firmness, proper diet plan, and regular exercise. Weight loss is kind of process that takes little bit more time to achieve it except surgery. The modification of small dietary changes can help you to get your desired goal very soon. Diet is the most important thing in the weight loss program.

People may have different opinion on fats, carbs, and everything in between, but everyone agrees that protein is important for health. Eating protein-rich foods helps in building muscle, promoting weight loss and feeling full after eating. It is quite beneficial to eat lots of proteins, but the crux is that you should eat a balanced diet to stay healthy.
