I don’t know about kinds of fruits or veg, but definitely including more of them into your diet will be a plus, especially veg. Green veg is good because of the fibre content.
Regarding Fruit, I wouldn’t eat tons of it everyday. Mostly because of the sugar content. Although it’s healthy and I would absolutely say you should eat some of it each day, try not to eat too much
Slimming world recommend 1/3 of your plate each meal should contain veg/fruit, and even if not following this as a plan, I still think it’s a good idea.
I would defiantly advise to eat measured amounts of potatoes though, same with pasta & rice
