Exante total solution
Hi I'm claire... I just joined hoping I may find someone else giving the example diet a go. My aim is to lose 3 stone at least then see how I feel after that. It's gonna be a long haul but I need to do this for myself and my son

Hi Miss Christina, I am Kay and I do not follow Exante but a very similar method and it works very well for me as I lost 3 stones . I have 2 meal replacements a day and I have to say I complete it with low carb’ high protein snack . I am following Pickslim Total Fast plan.
I used to have Exante products few years ago, however I wanted to change as they do not have large range. Pickslim web site got big choices and I really like their products, especially their chocolate bars snack! Some of them are really tasting like classic chocolate bars.
