I need some recommendations. I used to have an oats so simple pot for breakfast and a pot shot pasta for lunch... but thinking I may swap out one of those for a diet milkshake (are all diet milk shakes protein based?).

Is it better to swap breakfast or lunch, or doesn't it matter?

I need some recommendations on what diet shake tastes the nicest(?) Also would handy if they did single sachets as well as tubs so I can try without potentially wasting loads if I didn't like it.

if ur having it as a meal replacement it's best to have proteim in the morning which gives your metabolism a good boost and it's slow release too.

i havent tried any but the one we sell in my shop and strawberry is by far the most popular. u can add fruit to it to bulk it up too. they do sachets in each flavour for trying too!

The cafe latte slim fast one is gorgeous and with those you can buy ready made in bottles so you could try a few flavours first

the one we sell is winning ways sports, the reason they use that brand is for flavour and blend as well as the high protein low carb low fat thing too! as for flavour i suppose it's down to personal taste?

I think slim fast makes you burp all days and leaves a nasty after taste in your mouth for hours!

I make my own because I can't stomach eating breakfast in the morning. It's 500 cals and 24g of protein though, so I do use it like a meal replacement rather than a slimming tool.
