Shakeology

Has anyone here tried Shakeology from Beach Body? I did a 30 day challenge group with a friend of mine and we didn't like it at all. It was one Shakeology shake a day and two balanced meals. I didn't have a problem with that, but I became suspicious when I missed my shake one day and ended up with a raging headache. I never get headaches, so that threw up a red flag to me.

My friend ended up having tummy issues throughout the whole month. I did a little experiment and drank the shake for a couple days and then stopped for a day and every time I missed it, I had a headache. I thought it was just weird and I don't plan on giving it another try.

Someone recommended me this on another site but don't think they ship to the UK from the website. I've seen a few people selling it on ebay. Been doing a lot of reading recently but not really seen much about beach body shakes other than the way they promote it to try recruiting you as a coach so you sell to others in return for a discount. wonder if the headaches are more to do with detoxing.

I would imagine if your body isn't having enough it would cause headaches also there is the ketosis stage which can cause headaches, dizziness and blurry vision.

I've not heard of this shake diet personally but I think most of them are practically the same idea. I use shakes in my diet but I don't cut out carbs and I don't always have them... I use them to suit me really
