2 Suplements to try

Supplement #1: Has anyone tried the Garcinia Cambogia? I'm tired of reporting spam everyday with the Dr Oz logo on it for one! I starting taking it in Nov. I take the Islands Miracle 85% on Amazon. I have lost a few pounds but I'm a walking maniac anyway in NYC. I average 4mph 2 to 4hrs if I'm off. I've walked Staten Island end to end about 25x already. 15 miles. Best time 3hrs, 39min. I know, it's rediculous but I'm hooked on it, & to me, running don't give me as vigorous a workout as walking as fast as you can for hrs. Hate running! No impact either plus a good natural buzz. Ha. Funny thing is my weight don't really drop. It's consistent. I lost 50 about 8yrs ago when I started walking and 10 bounced back. So what? But I'm happy at 165 lbs at 5'10. Not bad for 46 & a man. Most guys my age are lathargic gutbusters with kids. Im married with lots of hobbies & time. No kids thank God! Never wanted em. Back to the supplement. My energy has definitely increased. I proved it. I ran out before reordering it 2x cause of $$ but I definitely don't have the same energy level all day without it. Very noticeable! It's worth it to me.
Supplement #2: I buy Phase 2 carb blockers from Natrol. It's basically White Kidney Bean Extract. Read about it! If you take it 30 min or so before you eat your stomach won't process the carbs. No carbs, loose weight. It does work. Proved it also. My wife Tina has type2 diabetes. 2 slices of pizza or a small bowl of pasta & her sugar jumps over 300! If she takes the Phase 2 carb blocker her glucose stays considerably lower. Tested the theory many times.
I end this with my situation. Since Nov. taking the 2 suplements & a min 2hr walk a day I lost 12lbs or so. Oh another thing. I quit drinking diet soda. Water only, about a gallon a day. I eat fairly healthy but am so active I really don't think about it. I eat peanut butter right out of the jar & don't gain weight. Could be one of the supplements or a combination but I'm in the shape of a guy half my age according to Mr MD. Something to research and/or try. It's so easy to gain weight but an Act of Congress to loose it. If I stay as I am, good enough! Stay healthy guys & gals! Live long & prosper! [emoji2]

Garcinia Cambogia is considered to be a weight loss miracle, but the fact is this supplement is tempting and is untrue. Garcinia Cambogia is actually a fruit that grows in Southeast Asia. The manufacturers of Garcinia Cambogia claim this product to boost weight loss. It helps in weight loss by improving your mood.
A study was conducted in Columbia University’s Obesity Reseacrh Center with 135 overweight men and women in the age group of 18-65. About half the people were given garcinia cambogia and the other half a placebo three times a day before meals. Both the groups ate a high-fiber diet and returned for evaluation every two weeks. At the end of 12th week trial, there were no important differences in weight loss between the two groups.
Instead of going for supplements that are waste of money, go for a healthy diet with regular physical exercise.

Garcinia Cambogia is a well known fruit for weight loss and providing necessary nutrition to the body. Most vendors are promoting its juice in a wrong way which eventually maligning its fame. Now people think it is a marketing hype.

The study mentioned is old information already known. One of many. A quick Google of any product shows them. Most are BS, but still can have some semi-useful info to point one in the "Why Not?" class. Making your own conclusions is the "only" way to be certain if its a product is for yourself. Not blogs and opinions. Thats why both supplements were tried. Positively work in my case. Diet makes 0 difference to myself. I don't like to eat so I don't do it much. Feeling equally no matter what is consumed. Excellent, full of energy, (more with garcinia though, endurance is enhanced during hours of walking high speeds). Minimal sleep can be tolerated due to the boredom of laying awake. Eating dinner only and snacking occasionally during the day is gospel. Three meals a day is nauseating. Daily marijuana use & 5 broken up hours of sleep a night have been consistent for over a decade. The exercise definitely does make a difference, really, the "only" difference. At 47 and even after heart surgery: BP consistent 100/60 range, heart rate lower 50's, blood work can always be framed. Athletic shape & feeling better then 20 yrs ago easily. As far as the cost of the supplements, financial issues are not a concern for all folks.
