Cambridge Diet Icecream

I am new to this diet and I am not yet allowed to have any bars, but I have a hard time with sugary cravings. A friend of mine recommended that I try making this ice cream. You take a packet of the Cambridge Diet shake powder (any flavor you want), then add ten large ice cubes and 2 tablespoons of water to it. Blend and mix this in a food processor till it becomes creamy. This is so delicious that it will take those cravings away instantly. Has anyone else come up with their own recipes for this diet?

A friend of mine told me I could make muffins with the shakes. Can't remember the exact measures but it was just adding water until it looked like a batter. Then plop tiny spoonfuls on a tray. Cute & nice for the times you miss solid food.

Can you have eggs on the Cambridge diet? Or egg whites?
From what I've heard its similar to lighter life and I used to make pancakes out of the shake mix
I replaced the water with egg white mix it up then make it like a normal pancake and its soooo yummy!

oooh I remember further in freezing a 'tetra' you know the ready made chocolate shakes (in a square box).. but they lose their nutrients once frozen.. they are nice warmed too just not boiled.
