]Hi wondered how many of you have tried juice plus I'd love to hear your success stories, I've recently purchased 5 tins of it off eBay without the diet plan.. any advice would be great.

I didn't get on with it. I did the detox which anyone can do (less dairy, coffee, etc) ...I was mentally very motivated but I started feeling hungry and pre or post workout it wasn't for me, I was hungry more so when I realised I was snacking more or adding loads of extras in (fruit does not come cheap these days) I decided to stop.

Good luck though because not everyone feels it wasn't for them

My customers who use Juice Plus generally have brilliant results. But its not purely down to the product, I find some customers dont stick to the plans I give them and stop taking it. You have to allow the body time to adjust when the body realises it will be getting a good, constant treat of nutrition then it can start flushing out all the bad toxins etc

The ones who stick to doing it reap the rewards. The big mistake is using scales, dont weigh yourself, take measurements instead as this will give a better indication how your body is changing shape.

I've never bothered with juice diets. IMO they are a waste of money.
I prefer to eat my fruit and veg not drink it down.

Yeah you will never get better than water, fruit & veg.

JP has become so big because there is far more fruits, berries, veg etc than you could usually afford. all in one shake giving you the health benefits of it all... Something we would usually all struggle to do

It also helps the people who are busy and have to skips meals, nightmare

I love food too much to just survive on liquid. I love my meat and fish.
There is no excuse to miss a meal. You don't have to eat at set times.

JP is also banned from advertising on a lot of forums as they spam the members.

Yeah, I am not advertising JP mind, just replying to the thread. I am a personal user of JP as well as distributor so I have my own success story, as well as first hand witnessing other people succeed and fail with it.

I also agree that nobody should miss a meal, but it does happen - You donthave to eat at set times but in some industries as a manager incidents happen and you find you skip lunch and cant eat until after work, you have therefore missed a meal and your supper is now your dinner as well.... that why JP does work and has had success for me

I've been on JP for just over a month. I'm using it for health reasons, not to lose weight. I've never had a good relationship with 'solid' food, hate vegetables and hardly ever eat fruit. I can't bear the 'feel' of solid food. I would much prefer to drink my food - it has a nice feel and also it leaves me more time to do other things. This suits me fine and I'm using the time I would have wasted shopping and peeling and cooking etc, more productively, as well as saving money on transport to and from supermarkets, shopping bills and fuel bills. As long as it stays good for me, I'm sticking with it.
