I tried JP and it didn't work for me at all, left me feeling very hungry! I then became a distributor for Forever Living and did the clean 9 and lost 7lb and 16" in 9 days and I now continue to eat healthy, exercise and drink the shakes and aloe Vera gel .. Much better!
