Shakeology
I just ordered a month supply of Shakeology. Has anyone tried these? I know you can use them as a stand alone diet but I am doing Weight Watchers and planned to just count the points on one of them a day. I'm hoping they taste good!

I have heard the name but I might be confusing it with another one I just found out about called Shaklee 180. I am going to look into it a little more and see if it is something that I can add to my list of many things that keep grabbing my eye.

I will have to look into Shaklee also! Shakeology sounds interesting but is very pricy. I was willing to try a month but I don't know if I will commit long term.

I am a proud member of Shakeology and it is an excellent service as well as an excellent product. Besides being a low-carb product it is also very healthy.

I have never tried them before but heard some people have success with them, so good luck!

I have considered trying them but I was concerned about the taste. Do they taste good or are they chalky like some of the other weight loss shakes seem to be?

How do you justify the cost? I am asking because I shop for a family of four, plus our pets and just a small chunk of what Shakeology wants (after checking it out more) is almost a 1/4th of what I normally spend for "the entire family". Any advice?

it works out about the same as a mcdonalds coffee around $4 a piece here, I love it because my energy levels stay good. I justify it because its MY TREAT, I also have four kids work full time and am alone fighting this world lol
