Kale and almond milk smoothie
I really like the taste of kale and have it in my smoothies. I mix it with spinach, banana, apple and non-sugar almond milk. I like the taste and it's not too sweet. It's full of anti-oxidants and keeps me full until lunch time.

That sounds so nice! I've got a big bag of kale, I'll have to try that!

I love almond milk and have it every day. My daughter has started drinking smoothies with chocolate almond milk, bananas and low-fat plain yogurt after her workouts.

I've just made one now! It's so nice! I didnt put spinach in, but used 50g of kale and put some hemp seeds in too!

I love the idea of adding kale! Never thought of that! Thanks! Meanwhile, I've been making my own almond milk for a year. I love it! I only just realised the taste difference last week. We went camping and I bought almond milk. Goodness, I couldn't believe the difference between the two! If you have a good high speed blender & purchase a 'nut' milk straining bag- within 5 mins or less you'll have to die for almond milk! Then you can make a yummy protein bar or nut burgers out of the chopped almonds!
