Day 9 Detox

Breakfast
Chocolate JP with almond milk
Lunch
2 egg scrambled egg with tomato and feta
Dinner
Peanut chilli honey chicken stirfry served with whole grain rice
Peanut, chilli & honey stir fry:

300-400g chicken
2 tbsp nut oil
3 tbsp honey
1tsp ground ginger
1 level tsp pepper
2 heaped teaspoons of nutty or smooth natural peanut butter
2 (3 if desired) chilli's deseeded & chopped
3 garlic crushed cloves
Handful cashew nuts
3 tbsp light soy sauce
300g vegetable stir fry
- Cook chicken
- Add all the ingredients at once stir - 3-5 minutes until vegetables are cooked as desired
- Serve with rice noodles, egg noodles or whole grain rice.
