The Cambridge Diet

I found this article in the Huffington Post, which I know doesn't have a great reputation, but I'm wondering if anyone has tried it? I've always been very suspicious of shakes and liquid meal replacements as I don't think they'd leave me feeling satisfied.

I'll admit, both my eyebrows popped at 440 calories a day. How are you supposed to exercise? I'd be too lightheaded to function. Has anyone else tried this?

i have tried it x it was amazing, i lost 4 stone in 3 months and felt more healthy than i had in years, it really is a diet for pple with 3 or more stone to lose. i would do it again tomorrow but i cant afford it so im doing the exante diet now, its the same concept but cheaper and i dont think the shakes are as nice.
also you only feel hungry the first few days then you go into keytosis and you dont feel hungry at all. i did jog and do boot camp when i was on it but on those days i would have chicken or fish x
