Honeybush tea

Recently I had to quit caffeine. No coffee, no tea, no soda--what's a girl to do? My local tea shop recommended red teas, and after researching them, I'm pretty impressed by what I've found.

They're good for your immune system, reducing insomnia, soothing stomach issues, and provide nutrients and minerals. They're also very helpful if you have allergies because of their anti-inflammatory properties.

I'm kind of glad I found a new tea!

I have never heard of that tea before but it sounds good though. It's great it has so many benefits
