Syntha-6 Protein Powder

I ordered some of this from Amazon yesterday. I want to get a good start during the new year and decided to do a meal replacement drink for breakfast and lunch for at least two weeks and see where that takes me. This stuff came highly reviewed for taste and it looks to have a full compliment of nutrients. I ordered the mochaccino and vanilla.

Mochaccino sounds awesome! Let us know how you like it as far as how it tastes and how well it fills you up and keeps you full. Protein shakes are a great way to replace a meal since they have protein AND fiber. You mixing with milk or water?

I'm not sure how I'll mix it yet until I taste it. The reviews said it was good with water so I will be trying it that way first. Primarily, I will be using it as a base and adding fruit or (maybe) yogurt for additional nutrients. It still hasn't come yet. I just ordered it on Monday and today is Friday.

I'm curious about how much sugar something like this has and what the carbohydrate count might be. I have a hard time finding any type of liquid meal replacements that I can have because of my blood sugar.

Looks like sugars can vary from 2-5g per scoop if I am reading right depending on flavour!

I tried it for the first time yesterday. It tastes pretty decent. The vanilla is definitely better than the mochaccino. It left kind of a dry taste in my mouth afterward. I may try mixing it with non fat milk instead of water tomorrow.
