What meal do you recommend replacing with a smoothie?
What meal do you recommend replacing with a smoothie? Is it lunch or breakfast that is ideal for replacing with a fortified healthy smoothie. I feel like breakfast would be easier because I would be ready for a meal by lunch time. What do you think?
Looks like you answered your own question. If you think that breakfast would be easier, then that's what you should do.
Personally, I avoid smoothies because they have a high carbohydrate and sugar count from all the fruit. Those sudden increases in blood sugar that are followed by a sugar crash later aren't too good for us.
I reckon breakfast's probably the best one to do! I can't face food in the morning, so itd work better for me that way!

It depends on the way you like to eat. Most people I know make smoothies for breakfast since they are home and it's quick and easy.
I would probably go with dessert, personally, because smoothies tend to taste sweet and I always want some sweet late at night, after dinner. If it's between breakfast and lunch only, though, I'd go with breakfast. How are you going to make one fresh at work, ya know?
