Recommend a whey protein drink & what to avoid?

Can anyone recommend a whey protein drink you make up that isn't high in carbs (seen Belle mention this).

Also a link or cost please

The stuff we sell in work gets really good feedback and is one of.our.top sellers. It's £21.99 for 30servingsand at the moment you get a free gift worth up to £7 too. It's 30g serving has 22.2g protein in, 3.9g carbs (1.9 sugars) 1.1g fat (0.5g sat fat) and 116kcal per serving. It comes in.strawberyy, chocolate or vanilla. The flavours actually arent that bad, but strawberry is by far the.most popular.

You don't have to limit it just just use for the gym, you can also use it as a meal replacement shake.

I work in one of health rack shops! Been there for about 14mths, there are about 13 shops based in north west, and then they have the website too they're massively cheaper than holland and barrett, i think.for the same.product in H&B it's £42 and you dont get anything free! it's worth comparing the two of them anyway if you were looking to buy, just to see for urself.

The free gift is either a blender bottle (for mixing protein), a tub of 60 creatine mono tablets, tub of 30tribulus capsules, tub of 30 fat burner capsules, or 60 caffiene tablets!

Ah no way Belle, what was it you wanted?

Wobbs I'm not too sure if there is a list actually, unless it's across the bottom? I'm on my phone so cant check. The shops are Bootle in Liverpool, (my shop), Southport, Wigan, St Helens, Blackpool, Blackburn, Bolton, preston, Middlesborough, Bradford, Hull,....and that's all I can remember just now lol! My shops the.most southern tho I *think*
