You sound like me, I adjust various advice and ways to suit what I’m doing. I like high fat but I won’t go too low in carbs although I ‘watch’ them.

Feeling less frumpy thank you for asking also and feeling slight changes. I definitely bloat with various food types and recently I’ve experienced dairy possibly being one. Keeping an eye because I don’t have much dairy anyway after my detox a couple of years ago I’m fussy about it and can’t have milk in coffee but can in latte and can’t have cereal or oats with milk!

Maintain for me will be when I’m back under 10st, or back in my size 10 dresses, whichever comes first! Would previously have said below 9st, but my age is catching up with me!

My maintain goal is not to spill over my trousers again.
I am usually a size 10 but I have been wearing joggers and you know what those do to you. Hoping to get back into my trousers with no muffin top hanging over. So I have lots of exercising to fit back into my day.

I’d love to not spill over. When I lost lots of weight and toned up I hated my overhang, it never went away only now I’ve gained I realise it did

I currently have a couple of goals one is to get treatment to help me manage my health. The second ia to get treatment to help me become a more involved member of my family, to be there for my wife and son. They are basically the same as each other but significant difference to me. I hope to achieve this by getting the right assistance and to keep seeking the combination of meds and therapies to help manage my health. also my biggest goal is to win via psk ponuda some dollars cause it will be great.
